Standard rate includes rental of the entire 1,000-square-foot cottage, which includes 1 large bedroom with queen bed, 2 full baths, living room, eat-in kitchen, and outdoor areas, plus continental breakfast (homemade muffins, fruit, hot and cold cereals, milk and juice), unlimited coffee and tea, complimentary slippers, personal care amenities and gift basket.
These are private accommodations. You will not share the cottage with other guests or your hosts during your stay.

Although the Switzler House is booked during both nights of
the 2011 Spirits, Shadows & Secrets event, Oct. 28 &
29, this new package let's amateur paranormal sleuths hone
their skills anytime! Package includes a brand new K-II meter
and a new digital audio recorder that you can use during your
stay and take home afterward! You're encouraged to bring your
own video recording equipment. $225 for single night's stay, $75 per night for additional nights. Up to two additional guests may be accommodated for $20 per person. Limit of one K-II meter and digital recorder per party, regardless of number of guests.
